Waiting for my upgrade

I tried to upgrade my phone on 4/4/18 got the confirmation email and heard nothing since tried the tracking number but it tells me it is timed out. On my EE it still says I'm due an upgrade

If the tracking option isn't working then give EE a call on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Tried 150 and I'm still none the wiser as to what is happening if anything it' a week tomorrow and I'm still being told I can upgrade
