My old phone needed upgrading so i did so online, now I am being charged for 2 phones! Even though I upgraded so surely this shouldn’t happen. How can this be sorted?

Are you sure the other number isn't for a different device that you have on your account, such as a tablet or smart watch?
You can check by logging into your My EE account.
On the homepage it will summarise the numbers on your account and what they're for.
