Upgraded on the 28th of Nov but my new contract still hasn't started yet?

Upgraded my contract on the 28th of November but my new contract hasn't started yet. When will it start as it's cheaper and has more with it?

I recommend getting in contact with Carphone Warehouse, they'll be able to confirm when your new SIM/price plan will activate.
