I just transferred from sim only to a phone plan online, does EE know it’s an upgrade not a new plan?

Did you select upgrade when you placed your order?
Have you received an email confirmation for the upgrade?
I believe that I did select upgrade and yes I have received a confirmation of my order but how do I check it’s a confirmation for an upgrade

If the email does not state an upgrade for your number, give us a quick call on 150, we will be able to check this for you 🙂
