Upgrade with 2 sims

So I have til December to upgrade my phone for free, but in my account I have two sims, my phone is the primary account and says in December I can upgrade. The second line says that I can upgrade for fee now. Is this right? I thought that only the primary number was entitled to an upgrade.

Re: Upgrade with 2 sims

you can upgrade any line once the minimum commitment has passed or in the last month, if you cancel your main line tho you loose the discount on the other lines well you can do.
