Upgrade via mobiles.co.uk

Hi,

I was due an upgrade back in January and found a cheaper deal with mobiles.co.uk.  When my new phone arrives and I put my current EE SIM in my new phone will my current contract end and my new contract start?  Also do I need to notify EE that I have upgraded my phone with another company, therefore giving notice to cancel my current contract?  I obviously only want to pay one monthly direct debit and not two!

I wasnt sure if EE know via my SIM that it's in a new phone and I have a new contract or whether I need to tell them?

I only have one SIM so presumably you couldn't have two contracts on one SIM?

I'm conscious of only having one direct debit per month & EE are aware of the situation.

Thanks,

@Katie7925 if you upgraded then you dont need to do anything but if you took out a new contract then you need to give notice on your old contract or it will continue.
