Upgrade problem

For some reason I am trying to upgrade, i am going through all the correct procedure and there is an error when it comes to making the transaction. It doesn't tell me why and there is no problem with the details I have entered.


I can't do it over the phone as its a 'good as new phone' and the whole situation is extremely frustrating.

When on the upgrades page and logged into your account you should be presented with an option to chat with an advisor.
