Upgrade online fail

Hi 

i have been trying to upgrade online all last night and this morning and it still won’t allow me. I went on live chat last night and that was no help at all and no one from upgraded as available to do it online for me! The deal I wanted runs out at 8am this morning so I will miss this if not done now online... please help me ASAP. It keeps failing on the final payment screen and the website says sorry we couldn’t find that page
