My EE app doesn't have the Upgrade section anymore.
Also when i log into my EE account on my laptop. When i click Upgrade it says "Sorry, you can't upgrade this device just yet" It should show a time line for each of my lines. Is this a known issue please.
I did pre-order S10+ using my Anytime Upgrade option on 21st Feb but i cancelled it and went for the iPhone XS Max instead as i was going to wait until the 5G S10 came out.I received the iPhone upgradae 1st March so shouldn't i be able to see the countdown to 14 days when i can upgrade again?

If you've recently upgraded but then cancelled, your MyEE Account may take some time to update.
Do you have more than one line with EE?

Yes i have 12m SIMO. Even in my account for this particular line it used to show me my early upgrade date and my standard upgrade but it no longer does.
