I'm an EE personal pay monthly customer and I'm currently on holiday in Spain. I purchased the £4 per day Euro add on and I'm able to send texts and use data but have been unable to make calls to the UK.

Did you txt ROAMING to 150 to check roaming was activated on your account before you left? If not then you will need to contact EE CS. You can use live chat after 8am UK time via EE contact up page here.

Yes did this a couple of weeks before leaving hence why the euro pass was setup and I e checked my account and the add on has been activated. I've had no problem texting or using data but can't even ring customer services from my phone.
