Have never registered device as pay monthly unlimited just works so registration has not been necessary. Only years later has my phone broke so now cannot add a device because when I enter the number, when prompted, EE just sent a confirmation text to my dead phone.
I have an account, can't they email it instead? Any ideas anyone?

@Boop Why not to call customer services or go to a store if your having issues because your device is broke. Remember it’s not EEs fault you have a broke phone so EE are sending the message to the device as that’s how they do it. If only everything in life would change to suit us when we needed it to change.
