Why am i getting final reminder emails about an annual upgrade return saying ill

be charged £480 when the new phone was delivered Friday so I should have until 5 October... but the emails advising 30 September

@Peterpea, I would suggest you ring customer service and speak to them, they should be able to help and put your mind at rest.
