Top up voucher refund?

Hi community, I wonder if you can help me with a pickle I've gotten myself into.

I purchased a £15 EE voucher to top up my phone, forgetting that a few days prior I switched to a contract where I'd be debited.

I still have the voucher on me and says its still valid for 6 months after purchasing. I've had it for 11 days. Is it possible to get a refund for the store where I purchased it? Getting £15 in cash would really help me out.

Thanks in advance. I hope for the best

Re: Top up voucher refund?

@amorok  Your going to have to call customer services about this and they should be able to put the £15 on your contract account which will be used to part pay your next bill.  The store that you got this from can not give you a refund.

Hi,

Unless the store will reimburse it then no you are stuck with it.

Re: Top up voucher refund?

Hi @amorok

Thanks for coming here 🙂

I know how tight money is, especially at this time of year.

Please try the methods offered by @Chris_B and @Northerner have suggested.

While I can make no guarantees, they are the routes to take.

Thank you and Happy New Year.
