Hi, just 3 days ago I signed up for a contract for one plus 6t phone, which costs me around 53 per month. I just find out that another EE contract for galaxy note 8 also costs the same as I paid for one plus per month. Would it be possible for me to change the pack now? and if then how. Thank you!

How did you take the contract out.
In store or online or over the phone.
If in store there is no cooling off period so no you cant.
If you did it over phone or online you will need to return the device and cancel within the 14 day cooling off period.
Once the return has gone through you will be able to take out the Note 8.

@BrendonH, it's unfair that online or by phone purchasers get a cooling off period but in store purchasers do not. It should all be the same for all buying methods. And yes the purchaser that changes mind should pay reasonable costs so as to deter such changes of mind.

It's not unfair at all.
In store you get to see the product first before purchasing so you have the chance to play with all different devices.
Online or over phone you dont have that privilege.

@BrendonH it is unfair at all. In store there is more sales pressure. It's far easier putting off an online purchase. It's easier to put off a phone purchase too.

@Profile closed this is not the debate here.
I have answered @tompotterson123 question that is all that is needed.
EE are following rules.

Agreed - them's the rules!
If they weren't forced to have a returns policy under the distance selling regulations, they probably wouldnt have one.
