Still paying my old contract/those details still in my account despite upgrading

I upgraded my phone from an iPhone 6s last December to a iPhone SE as it was a cheaper deal. My bill is still going out at the old contract price and my plan is still coming up online as the 6s one, despite the phone model appearing as the SE. Any help appreciated in rectifying this as I've been paying the higher price for four months without realising 😮

@bubblybecky95  You will need to call customer services about this. 150 from your EE mobile
