Status of upgrade delivery

Hi,

 

I ordered an upgrade last week. I had a confirmation email but haven't heard anything since. I've just been on live chat and was told to call 150... which I've done several times now and none of the automated options actually take me to a relevant topic, or to speak to an actual human being.

 

What is the best number to call to speak to someone about the status of my order?

I've ordered an Iphone SE.. I got a confirmation email with a number but I haven't heard anything since.

In this case if you call us on 150 or 07953 966 250 and select 1 for Mobile and then option 2 for an account query.

 

This will get you through to our customer service team who can help 🙂
