I ordered an upgrade last week. I had a confirmation email but haven't heard anything since. I've just been on live chat and was told to call 150... which I've done several times now and none of the automated options actually take me to a relevant topic, or to speak to an actual human being.
What is the best number to call to speak to someone about the status of my order?
