So i've paid for an early upgrade but new phone wont turn up for 6 months.

So i've paid for an early upgrade but the confirmation email says i wont get my new phone for another 6 months and it wont let me track my order. Its just added the money i have paid to my credit.

Which phone did you order as EE don't take pre orders for that long in advance. 

 

I would speak to them tomorrow on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

It was a Samsung S10 which is showing as in stock.

No im at work during the open times until Thursday so that will be the
first time I get the chance.
