So I signed up to EE early this year and chose the double data sim only which gave me 60GB for the price of 30GB. However, I am yet to recieve it. I was told it would be added after 14 days but I am still only being given 30GB a month!

If it's after 14 days and you still haven't received it, then the best advice I can give is to give customer service a call on 150 to get this looked into. Unfortunately we have no customer account access on here.
