Just tried to log kn to my ee account and ig say closed.
Was going to ask if I need a 5g sim as I'm using ju 4g sim in my new 5g phone

You can continue to use your existing SIM for your new 5G plan.
Please get in touch with Customer Care who'll be able to reset your online account for you.
