I just upgraded my pay monthly EE. I have done it with Carphone online. Went to collect my terminal and I asked re upgrade (to be sure it was) and told Yes it was an upgrade.
Surprise: is not an upgrade, they have done a new EE pay monthly contract so now I have 2 sim cards, 2 different mobile numbers and 2 different contracts with EE.
I just want to have my upgrade sorted as 1 single contract as upgrade keeping my old mobile number.
What can I do? Do I have to go to their shop to sort it out or can EE help me to sort it out instead.
You will need to sort this out with CPW direct. They should have just upgraded your line, if that's what you wanted.
