I am having the same issue. Sent AL to 150 and it's telling me I've only got 30gb, not 60!

@JoeyD  your ment to have two free data add ons my mate upgraded this morning and he got a 20GB & 10GB data add on I would give customer services a ring on 150 in the morning so they can rectify it for you.

If you log into MyEE then go to add-ons what does it show ?

Removable add ons: 100% usage alert, London Underground Wifi

 

Fixed add ons: Free picture messages 1M, Annual device MOT

I’ve been told by an agent that it will be added by backend staff 10 days into the contract! Is this the same response other have had?

I called 150 today and they added it within a couple of minutes. They said it was a system error and the add-ons had been missed.

@Jntaylor64  I would call 150 again so they can apply the add ons for you.

I rang 150 and they added it straight away, it’s a 30gb contract with a x2 add on making it 60gb. Apparently the add-on isn’t working so they have to add it manually to activate it
