So ive had the mtv trax sim scince october i think now and i been getting the 2gb data plus the extra 5gb data with the plan as i should. I also get the extra 0.5gb for topping up 3 months but im half way through this month and i ran out of data all ready so i go on to check my ee and i have only been given the 2gb data.
I dont understand whats happened, i need to get it fixed as soon as possible, how can i contact ee?

You will need to ring EE 150 from your mobile.

Please do bear in mind that the offer is only valid for 6months for purchase, you may need to speak to customer services to see if this has expired on your account.

Thanks for reply, i think that might be the problem then because i think i had it over 6 months now, didnt realise it was only for six months.
