Proof of purchase



I need to get proof of purchase for my iPhone 6s for an insurance claim. I have seen that other people raising this query were put in touch with the chat team to resolve the issue. Could you please do the same for me?

Tell your insurers to set up a three way call, then they can check everything and pay your claim. They tell you to get evidence to delay your claim.



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
