Proof of purchase

Hi All,


I contacted EE via phone over a month ago. When speaking to a customer support representative I went through the required steps to get my proof of purchase on my pay monthly device. 

He told me that i would receive an email attached with the proof of purchase. he said this could take a few hours to receive. 

It has now been a month and i have came to the conclusion that the email is not coming.


I was just wondering if it is possible to get another email receipt sent out without having to go through the whole process of calling them again.

Hello @DanielFawcett only customer service have access to accounts to process a PoP request:

You can request another one over the phone or through Live Chat.

How can i get onto the live chat i have been trying to get on live chat for a while now

On the Get in Touch page expand the +EE tab to reveal the two Live Chat options (Service) and (Technical).

It only has contact numbers it does not have an option to open a live text chat option.

It is at the top of the +EE tab above the contact numbers like the screenshot in this link:

Just call EE on 150 again. 

 

 




To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
