I contacted EE via phone over a month ago. When speaking to a customer support representative I went through the required steps to get my proof of purchase on my pay monthly device.
He told me that i would receive an email attached with the proof of purchase. he said this could take a few hours to receive.
It has now been a month and i have came to the conclusion that the email is not coming.
I was just wondering if it is possible to get another email receipt sent out without having to go through the whole process of calling them again.

It is at the top of the +EE tab above the contact numbers like the screenshot in this link:
If you can not access it then try another device or browser.

Just call EE on 150 again.
