In December I wanted to go from pay as you go to a contract as I could only use wi fi. I was spending about £7 a month so when the store assistant explained the plan and it would be £10 a month and not the £14 pound as advertised that sounded good for me.
I would receive the credit which was on my phone so my first bill came in at £12.
My February bill was £14 and there is an increase coming up soon as well. I have looked at the contract and it says £14. I did not look at this at the time as I thought I had no need to.
I am angry, disappointed, and feel I have been deceived and miss sold this product.

I have not been back to the shop. My wife said it is my word against theirs and I can see that. I could go back to the shop tomorrow if you think that is my first step to resolving this issue.

I have been to the shop and issue with billing arose because the shop could not apply the discount at time of purchase. I think they are aware of this problem and filled out a form online and said it should now be resolved. Pleased to say soon afterwards i received an email to say I will receive a refund for the overpayment and the issue has been resolved.
