Just been informed that the annual price increase on my plan is due. Allegedly part of the reason for this increase is to improve the service we get. So, how is it that I lose phone signal in certain areas around my property? According to the 'coverage checker' I should get minimum of 4 bars, and yet wherever I go on my property I only get 1 bar or no bars, my wife has the same phone and suffers exactly the same issue. We have solar panels on our roof and the sim card that was used to send info back to the solar company was an EE sim card, this was changed by the solar company because it kept losing the EE phone signal. So what is it we're paying an increase for?

Have you checked the Network Status Checker there & logged the problem?

The coverage checked is just a guide to service, not a guarantee.

This is a long standing issue. I've stated that even the solar company swapped the EE sim in their equipment for an O2 sim because the EE signal dropped out every day. It's nothing to do with our phones, it's most definitely the signal from the EE mast, wherever it may be in correlation to our property.
