Please help me!!!

  1. Can I cancel my upgrade mobile, contract, taken in store 2 days ago?? I Really don’t like the phone, is not diferent from What I have !!!!

No sorry there is no returns policy for contracts/phones bought from in store.

No there is nothing you can do. You had chance to see the phone before purchasing that is why there is a no returns policy.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

We unfortunately can’t offer in-store returns for the following:

 

  •  change of mind returns
  •  EE home broadband
  •  accessories
  •  extra services added to your account after joining or upgrading
  •  insurance services (where separate insurance terms will apply)
