Phoneline suspended

Hi everyone, my first post here.. newbie alert!

Just wondering if anyone can help me. my new bill was processed yesterday, which is a lot higher than it normally is, but my phoneline has been suspended even though the bill isnt due to be paid until the 15th of april. I could understand if I had went over my credit limit on the account but if that was the case it would allow me to pay a minimum amount to reconnect the line. any ideas?

To be honest you would need to call our customer service team.

 

They can check the account for you and see what is required to reconnect you.
