Do you know roughly how long it takes to process a return under the 14-day cooling off period for buying online? Is the final balance collected via Direct Debit or is a bill sent out?
It was signed for at the returns facility on Monday but I've not heard anything since, and the My EE app still shows the new contract.
I wouldn't normally be concerned but I forgot to include anything in the package other than the phone, assuming that the barcode on the silver bag would contain the returns details.

Thanks for the information. No text, but it was only signed for on Monday so not been long.
I still have 60GB of data to chew through on a tariff that's cheaper than my old one, so they can take as long as they need. 🙂
