Phone Records

Hi,

I need a copy of my phone records for legal purposes. I've had a look through the posts, I am correct it needs to be in writing?

Thanks.

Re: Phone Records

Unless you have itemised billing your in-allowance calls are not available to you. Nor are any incoming calls. However EE may be able to release this info to the Police or a solicitor if they have kept it.
