Hi, 
I ordered a pay monthly sim under the name of Kellsey Mcmaster on Saturday afternoon and received an email saying I would be updated on delivery and what was happening with my order as it had been successful. I’ve had no other emails from EE regarding my new pay monthly sim and I can’t call the customer service line, can anyone find out what is happening with my order please ???

@Kellsey12  Unfortunately that’s not possible from here as this is a public forum not customer services so there is no account access from here.   You can use a landline to call customer services on
