PAC code new customer

Hello. I went into store tonight to collect my new handset (new customer). I have my PAC code to swap numbers but by the time i got home and the phone set up i think the call centre is close? Is it possible to sort this myself tonight or do i need to speak to someone to do this?

Re: PAC code new customer

HI,

@Andrew1122

You can do this filling this form  transfer your number.

https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/keeping-your-number/

All you need.

Temporary Mobile Number,

Mobile number you want to keep,

And PAC code from your old provider.

Please also have look at this.

How long will it take?

If you submit the form before 17.30 on a working day your number will be transferred the next working day; after 17.30 or if your request is made on Saturday or Sunday and it will take two working days to transfer.

Please be aware number transfers are not processed on Bank Holidays.

I hope it will help.

Many Thanks
