Online Upgrade Misery

I am trying to upgrade online and for well over a week now, I have been receiving the message below: 

 

If this error can't be sorted out, I will have to take my business elsewhere.. 

 

 
SORRY, OUR ONLINE SHOP IS NOT AVAILABLE RIGHT NOW.

There's an issue, but we're working hard to fix it. We'll be back online soon.
Please give us a call or come into one of our stores.

Just ring upgrades....you often get better deals by talking to EE upgrades anyway.

Your post doesn't say which point this error came up. That's why I asked the questions above, to try and find out which point this came up.

I've had a look into this and the My EE team are currently investigating why this error message is coming up and working towards a fix.

 

In the mean time, I recommend either contacting the chat team or calling our upgrades team. Either would be happy to help you find the perfect deal. 🙂

Thank you, however I wish to use the online service. If this isnt an option at this time, I will start looking elsewhere
