Hi,

Your contract hasn't ended just your minimum contact term has expired. Your contract will continue on a rolling month basis.

You can now upgrade or call CS and give 30 days notice if you want to cancel.

Thanks

Hi @cezarc

Thank you for coming to see us in community 🙂

Your contact will continue as it is until you want to change it.

We won't terminate the contract, there's no automatic termination of a contract at the end of your minimum term - so if you don’t get in touch with us, your contract will continue to run.

You can look into changing your EE price plan, by having a look at our Changing my EE price plan support article.

If you do choose to upgrade, then see our EE Upgrades: All you need to know about upgrading your phone with EE. support article.

Whatever you choose to do, I hope you continue as a valued customer of EE.

Cheers

Richard
