Not able to upgrade online

Hoping someone can help me! I want to upgrade but for some reason a lot of pages on the website don’t seem to be working and I just keep getting an error message saying something along the lines of ‘this page has been redirected too many times’. I’ve already tried clearing my cookies and deleting my web data etc but nothing has worked... I can’t just upgrade over the phone as I have an nhs discount code that gets me 20% off my monthly plan but this is only valid if I process the upgrade online. What can I do? It’s driving me mad!

I’ve already tried both of those things and hasn’t made any difference... but thanks for the suggestions!
