I’ve been with EE for a long time now and have never had an issue with signal.
We have 2 contracts under one account, one is used with an iPhone and the other Samsung.
We have had no signal since moving in to our new home in August. If we want to make a call we have to stand outside and rely heavily on WiFi calling and WhatsApp calls.
Are we both tied into the contract despite not being able to use them to full functionality?

@Alyce no network and guarantee a signal indoors due to the way buildings are constructed as they can block signals from the mast.

have you tried switching to 2G/3G?
Also, have you checked the coverage map to see what the signal should be like?
