No service

I've had. I service at all for two days I've got family on EE and they've got no problems

Can you please put your post code in our NETWORK STATUS CHECKER and you can look up planned maintenance and known problems in your area.


A few things to try...


Some problems can be sorted on your phone.


Try these quick fixes.


  • Turn airplane mode on and off again
  • Restart your device
  • Check you have the latest software

I take it this is to do with your mobile handset? If so, could you shut your phone down, take the sim card out, give it a wipe and the pins if possible on the phone, and once you have re-inserted the sim card re-boot the phone and see if that solves the problem.


Also, could you try your sim card in another phone to see if it works, as the sim card could be faulty and you will then need to get it replaced. Also your phone could be faulty.
