I sent in a letter with supporting documents to get my name changed.

I then get a text to say its all complete. I ring up customer services as my bills/invoices/texts are referencing the old name still.
There solution was for me to resend the letter with the supporting documents again in the hope it actually gets changed propertly on my mobile and broadband account!Can this all be done, properly, in store?Thanks, Chris
