There must be an extra itemised charge of about £25 to account for that rise in VAT.

Jesus! Well I looked at the bill and there’s nothing, I haven’t paid for anything. My bill is normally 44 including vat and now it’s 49

Do you have any extra charges showing on your bill?

 

This could be calls,  picture messages anything that is not included within your allowance?
