My services have still not been switched back on

Spoke to EE this morning regarding a bill and advised my services would be back on shortly....it’s nearly 4pm and still no service! Anyone else having this issue?

Have you tried restarting the phone?

 

Changes on your account can take up to 24 hours to complete.
