My data is 5gb short.

Hi,

 

I recently joined EE after a 16 year absence due to a bad experience with Orange, but hey, time to forgive and forget πŸ˜‚

 

I am on a sim only deal. The package I chose was 25gb data for Β£25 πŸ‘πŸΌ. I used an NHS discount code that offered me Β£5 a month discount πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ

 

The problem I have is that I just checked my allowances for the 1st time and I'm only getting 20gb. 

 

I have photos of the deal I signed up for AND a chat transcript clearly stating what I was getting and for how much Β£ per month. 25gb for Β£20

Can anyone clear this up?

After a quick chat with an online rep it should all be sorted within 24 hours.

How did you check your allowances.

What does it say when you text AL to 150?

Also, try checking the data amount and tariff info via your EE account that you will have set up on the EE website.

 

It should also tell you in there (in the Plan & add-ons section down the left handside of the page, see the below screenshots) the plan/tariff summary info.

 

If the plan you have signed up for shows its a 25 GB tariff in the plan & add-ons section or even if it shows its only a 20 GB tariff, I would advise giving customer service a call, as something will need to be looked into, and we have no customer account access on here unfortunately.

 

Also, if you are not getting what you believed you signed up for and provided you took out the contract online in less than 14 days ago, you can cancel it if you so wish.

 

Please post back with what is shown in the Plan & add-ons section for your EE account πŸ™‚
