Yesterday I was migrated from Orange to EE, I always understood my existing orange plan would stay the same, but was dismayed to see that my inclusive 1000 minutes have been halved, I would like my original minutes reinstated at my existing tariff rate, is there someone who can do this for me without getting involved in a new more expensive contract?

You will have to speak to customer service, as there is no account access here. You can contact them by ringing 150 on your mobile, or as a contract customer log-into your account online and when live chat is available, you can discuss this there.

Ok thanks, yes Ive already done this, the person I spoke to was not helpful, had poor awareness and patronised me, I ended the call, that's why ive posted on the community forum.

@Bakelite1 You’ve been put on a tariff that was roughly the same price you was paying and you’ll not necessarily get the same allowance. If you want more you need to pay more.
