Looking to cancel.

Hi,

I'm currently on a sim only plan at the moment that i started once my contract had expired. I'm currently looking at other deals online and im thinking of cancelling with EE. With it being a sim only plan would i be ok to cancel the direct debit and just move on or do i need to email EE about the cancellation?

Thanks.

Re: Looking to cancel.

No, don't stop the DD yet. You risk debt collectors chasing you & spoiling your credit record.

Call EE anytime after 30 days before end of term & give 30 days notice of cancellation. Only once your final bill is settled can you cancel the DD.
