Live technical support chat

I had a problem with mobile numbers ringing twice then cutting off before i could answer, i rang tech support they changed settings and now I cant ring out.. not even 150 , no landline to call from so i need someone to sort my phone out please.

 

And yep I have turned off and on about 3x now

Hi thanks, the phone is a samsung s7 edge, i managed to get a live chat but no help as he had no access to business accounts, asking for business live chat and i got a phone number to ring ! , i have no access to a landline at the moment as Im in a truck working away

 

Its just calls i cannot send or recieve, i can send and recieve txt and i have 4g though

Do you get an error message when you try and make a call?

 

When some one calls you does this go to voicemail?

Thanks, when i ring out the phone app says dialling but then quits out , a caller says by text that the number does not connect so im basically cut off from the network, the phone signal bar at the top has a signal

I checked settings and i am on the EE network, i had the problem of calls from mobiles ringing for maybe 2 seconds then going to answerphone since a week after getting the phone less than a month ago, ringing EE this morning has turned it to disabled completely
