How do u do live chat to ee I need to sort my package out and I’m deaf can’t phone

If you click HERE and scroll to the bottom of the page you will see an option for 'Let's Chat', this option is for pay monthly customers.

If you are on contract, on the Get in Touch page open up the "EE                  +" & you will find Live Chat, when it's available during EE UK opening hours, looking like:
