Have you made a lot of out of allowance calls or have any extra charges that may have pushed your account upto it’s credit limit as that could be a reason why your line has been suspended?

My actual bill is the same - has a token phone and charged me £100 to replace it - they said this will be added to my next bill? If this is the reason I will be pissed as I would have paid there and then - and Credit Limit 😳

That is probably the reason, yes. You will need to speak to EE today once they open at 08:00am.
