I have an iPhone 8 Plus with EE and my contract ended on 23rd September but I’ve still been charged this month. I’ve moved and ordered a phone from sky mobile as I’m not looking to upgrade. Does this phone just stop working or do I have to do something to cancel? Thanks

@Kennedyjadeee : These contracts don't just end. After the min. term they just carry on on a rolling month's notice basis until you explicitly cancel or upgrade.
Phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation.
