Ive recently upgraded and not happy with my device, can I change my device?

Ive recently upgraded to the Samsung galaxy S10 plus and overall I'm not that happy with my device, can I change my device?

I'm still in my first Month of my upgrade, just want to know If I can change this and what fees might apply. Or am I better of selling the device and buying something different?

Welcome to the community,

 

If you got the phone in a shop, you cannot change it or return it, but if you got it online or via phone, then you have 14 days to return it, so if you have had it more than 14 days, no you cannot change it, but if it is within the 14 days, you will have to return it and wait until it has been confirmed before you can do the upgrade again. You cannot sell it for at least 6 months as EE own it and you are liable and it is locked to EE. After 6 months you can request to get it unlocked but you will have to pay a fee.

Hi Leanne,

 

Thank you for your reply, I'm just generally disappointed in the camera quality. I wish I had braved it and gone for a different android device, like the one plus 7 pro or the Google pixel XL.

I completed the upgrade on the 29th August, so just under a month.

You have 14 days from when you receive your phone to let us know you would like to return the device.
