Is there anyway I can reduce my bill as I’ve just lost my job

I’ve just lost my job and I’m on a max plan but I was hoping that they could reduce the max plan to a standard plan and help me out by making my monthly bills easier to pay or is there anything else? Because ee didn’t help me whatsoever when I phoned them.

No they dont have to.

You signed a legally binding contract to pay the tariff you are paying for 24 months.

There is no way to reduce the bills.

You need to call EE and discuss you'll have issues paying and they'll come to some arrangement but theybwont reduce the bills.

Hi there,

thats the worst thing they said they couldn’t do anything for me not one bit of help, which I was really annoyed about, you’d think that they’d be able to help me even just the slightest.
