Re: Introducing our new unlimited plans

Hi @cheelas,

Sorry, that plan isn't currently available on SIM only.

You can find our data SIM plans here.

Hope this helps.

Re: Introducing our new unlimited plans

Can you confirm if the 100gb shareable data is a monthly limit and is reset or if this is a one off? I have had 2 different answers from speaking to your customer service teams.

Hi @Dizzle

The 100GB giftable allowance is per month and renews on your billing date your better off gifting it at the beginning of the billing cycle because your usage will come out of it otherwise.

Re: Introducing our new unlimited plans

@Katie_B : Is it really necessary to impose the restriction that any gifted data must be taken from the first tranche of the data usage? Gifted data is still limited in total whenever it is taken in the month. All it does is force users to gift data before doing anything else. A slight inconvenience to users at no perceptible gain to EE.

Re: Introducing our new unlimited plans

Of course it’s a gain. It reduces the amount of giftable data, so there is a slightly more probable chance of a data bundle purchase.

In much the same way as an upgrade anytime plan doesn’t actually mean you can upgrade at anytime, if the device and plan choice doesn’t suit EE.... but I digress.
